Tom Hall, Principal - Finance

Tom Hall joined Wayne Rice in 2005 and leads the firm's finance operations and has primary responsibility for managing its investments. Prior to joining Green Leaf, Tom filled a similar role with RCMG. Before joining RCMG, he spent several years with a local CPA where he managed real estate developer and investor accounts of more than $200 million. He was responsible for all client reporting, project analysis, feasibility determination and valuation.

Tom holds a bachelors degree in business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. He serves on the steering committee for CalCPA's Young Professional group and serves on the Board of Directors for KCTM, a commercial real estate insurance broker.
