K. Wayne Rice, Principal

Wayne Rice is the founder of K. Wayne Rice & Associates and a principal in RCMG and Green Leaf Partners. Wayne brings over thirty years experience in commercial and investment real estate to the firm. Since 1973, Wayne has had management and ownership interests in over 5,000 units plus several other commercial properties. He is regarded by his peers as an industry expert becoming one of the senior instructors for the CCIM Institute. Additionally, he is periodically called as an expert witness in commercial real estate cases. Wayne holds a bachelors degree in architectural engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
